These are in-game shots of the bus interior in the Desert Bus VR game, published by Gearbox Software, and developed by Dinosaur Games. I worked with Dinosaur Games as a freelancer on this title, near the end of April, to early May 2017 (a few days before I packed up, and drove up to Seattle, WA, to join Hardsuit Labs).
I worked mainly on texturing the interior of the bus, by the passengers’ seats, and created some props that are placed by the seats. I sculpted some small detail on the passengers seat cushions and the cushions on the side of the windows.
The game is free and is for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and on Steam/PC. The game is also playable on PC, without a VR headset. (The game came out in November 2017, around the time I was at Hardsuit Labs).
Side Story: I was able to mention this to Randy Pitchford, the CEO at Gearbox, randomly at GDC 2018, in the Expo Hall. Just randomly out of the blue saw him, and brought up Dinosaur Games and Desert Bus VR.
