This is a promotional image for Bloodlines 2, from the announcement in March 2019 at GDC. The actual scene was done in UE4, and was part of one of the maps in the game. [I was at Hardsuit Labs from May 2017 - March 2019.]
For just this shot, I worked on the whole exterior side of the building, the ground floor and hill leading to the tower. For the materials, we used what we already had in our library. I textured a couple of the pieces that's on the top part of the building. For the trees and the foliage, those were done in UE4. I didn't add the vehicles in the scene, those were most likely added in UE4 for this shot.
This was actually my first exterior scene at the time.
